Positive aspects of my stay: Excellent location, great views, spacious room, helpful and personable staff, upgraded room for our anniversary.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We were in Melbourne for a special event and stayed at Clarion for three nights. The one-bedroom room was amazing, with a spacious layout, various pillow options, and a breathtaking view of the Yarra River. The friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome and accommodated all our needs. The hotel's location was ideal, with tram access right outside, and the indoor pool was perfect for families with kids. The kitchen in our room was a handy feature, and the daily room service was a nice touch.

The river view from my room was fine, especially at night. It was a treat to watch the New Year fireworks over the Yarra River from the comfort of my veranda. The indoor pool was perfect for families with kids, offering a fun and safe space to relax and play. The kitchen in my room was quite handy, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted. I appreciated the regular room service that kept everything clean and tidy.

The sofa bed in my room wasn't very comfortable, so I had to add extra layers to make it softer and less springy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, overlooking the river, and it was easy to get to transport and everything around the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a heated indoor swimming pool and a small kitchenette in the room. The staff were friendly and cute, and the room was very clean with plenty of tea and coffee. The parking on site was a bonus, making it convenient for me to explore the city.

Great location, close to Flinders Lane restaurants and Crown Casino. Spacious room with a beautiful view of Southgate. Pool heated for winter use. Helpful staff and personal greetings for repeat guests. Good amenities including outlets for electronics, big bathroom with hot water, and roomy fridge and microwave. Convenient tram stops nearby.

The location of this hotel is incredible. It is right across the river from South Bank, so you have easy access to all the main shops and cafes. Plus, it is within walking distance to many attractions and the train lines, which is amazing considering the cost per night. On top of that, the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the Yarra River.

The bathroom shower doesn't have proper doors, causing water to pool on the floor.

The room amenities were excellent, including a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances, a comfortable sitting area, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were truly delightful, always welcoming and smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay memorable.

Also, this hotel's strong customer service is on point with the service, from check-in to check-out. Plus, the rooms are well-equipped with excellent amenities like the mini-bar, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and attractions along the Yarra River. If you were lucky enough to get a room with a window facing the Crown, the view would be spectacular. it was just a short walk across to Southbank, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, providing little extras and upgrading rooms to enhance the overall experience.

One downside was the proximity to a noisy train line, which could potentially disturb guests throughout the day and night.

Great location! Just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and tram stops. close to the Yarra River and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any requests we had. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We also appreciated the modern design of the apartments. Another advantage was the availability of kitchenware and toiletries in the room.

There were a few maintenance issues throughout the hotel that could be improved. The sofa bed mattress was lumpy and in need of replacing.

The studio room was excellent, with perfect facilities and a comfortable bed. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, and the location was extremely central.

Beautiful view of the river. Clean room. Walking distance to CBD and Southbank. Bonus parking. Very central location. Decent facilities. Convenient for a low-key one-night stay in the city.
